Remember that the relationship is currently over.  Concentrate on the present and focus on the future.  Don’t dwell on the past over what could have been, what you could have done and over what ifs.  This won’t help you and your ex get back together at all.  It’s important to target core issues and figure out why you broke up but don’t dig too much into the past.  It’s painful and is often unnecessary.  Focus on a concrete solution with a solid plan of action to help you win your ex back.
